Delivery

All our orders are printed on demand and dispatched within 1-2 days.

Shipping Costs

UK Standard post (estimated arrival) 2-3 days from dispatch £2.50 per order. 
Europe International first class (estimated arrival) 5-14 days from dispatch £4.00 per order. 
Rest of the world International first class (estimated arrival) 5-14 days from dispatch £5.00 per order.

Returns

Streetside Surgeons strive to offer the best quality when it comes to printed garments . If for some reason you are unhappy with your order you can return it by logging into your account and navigating to the returns system where you can process your return back to us. You can return items up to 30 days after dispatch (Extended to 60 days over the christmas period) If you need to return an item for exchange please use the same returns system and state the required size and colour. We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 48 hours (Subject to stock). We can't offer back items that have been clearly worn or washed unless they are faulty. They buyer is responsible for return postal costs but we do not charge to send out replacement items back to you.

Sent The Wrong Item / Size ?

While it is rare, mix ups can happen sometimes. If we make a mistake on your order, or a faulty item slips through, We will rectify the problem as soon as possible for you. Please contact us on the below email address with your order number and description of the problem on what we messed up on. Normally we will send you a replacement item, and include a prepaid envelope for you to send the faulty / incorrect item back to us.
